Any tickets, coupons or receipts are issued on the terms specified by the airline.

Sunnyside Tours is not responsible for any bodily injury or harm, damage to health, accidents, material damage or personal loss resulting, but not limited to the following: infectious, pandemics and other diseases, including those received from other participants during the trip or any other persons; physical activity for which the participant was not prepared; flying by plane, traveling by trains, buses, ships or any other means of transportation (for example, a bicycle, horse, boat, boat, kayak, etc.); consumption of alcoholic beverages; high altitude; forces of nature, such as high winds, hurricanes, floods, etc.; heat generation, equipment failure; civil unrest or terrorism; or the availability and quality of health services in remote areas. Sunnyside Tours also is not responsible for: expenses (for example, food, transport, hotel cost) that are not indicated in the trip program, but may be required. Electronics - Sunnyside Tours is in no way responsible for the damage to or the loss of personal electronics as a result of your trip/vacation. This includes, but is not limited to, water damage, drops, breakage, loss and theft.

Sunnyside Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred by guests in preparing for the tour (for example, non-refundable airfare, cancellation fees, equipment, visas, travel documents, travel insurance, etc.) or for any additional purchases made on your own.

Sunnyside Tours uses many photographs on its internet portal (www.sunnysidetours.com) which are subject to a public domain license. We try to mention the authors if they are known to us, but there are many photographs with mistakes in their authorship. In this case, if you see a photo that we are not authorized to use or are using incorrectly, please notify us immediately so that we can remove it or otherwise resolve the problem.

RISK ACCEPTANCE AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I voluntarily applied to participate in the trip with Sunnyside Tours (or a trip to which I may subsequently transfer). I voluntarily participate in this trip and accept the risks associated with it, including but not limited to: physical stress for which I may not be ready; forces of nature; problems arising from the use of transport - planes, trains, buses, boats, ships, as well as canoes, kayaks, boats, bicycles, skis, horses or any other modes of transportation on land, water or in the air; consumption of alcoholic beverages; the risk associated with the consumption of food or water; civil unrest; terrorism; criminal activity; dangers associated with wild or other animals; breakdowns of tour buses or other equipment; high elevations; accidents or illnesses without access to means of rapid evacuation or the availability of medical supplies, items or services; the adequacy of medical care after it has been provided; and stolen, lost or damaged baggage or property. I acknowledge that the enjoyment of travel derives in part from inherent risks associated with relocation, transportation and activities other than the safety of everyday functioning at home or at work, and that this inherent risk contributing to enjoyment is the cause of my participation in the trip. By paying the deposit for any trip with Sunnyside Tours or "THEM", I hereby AGREE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS TRAVEL AND TAKE ALL RISK RELATED TO THE TRIP.

I acknowledge that the cost of all trips by Sunnyside Tours or "THEM" is based on the fact that all travel participants comply with the terms of this Risk Acceptance and Disclaimer. Therefore, as legal compensation for being permitted to participate in such travel, I hereby ALWAYS RELEASE Sunnyside Tours, Inc. or "THEM" FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAVEL. I agree that this exemption is legally binding on me personally, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me, my and their heirs, successors and legal representatives, as I fully accept all risks associated with this trip and release Sunnyside Tours, Inc. or "THEM" from any and all obligations to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Sunnyside Tours, Inc. reserves the right to increase the tour price in the event of an increase in cost due to changes in airfare, currency fluctuations, etc. Sunnyside Tours reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of any travel group, or to cancel or modify a tour without prior notice. Hotels on any trip and their locations are subject to change.

Medical or other services may not be available during all or part of the trip. Travel insurance, cancellation insurance and medical insurance abroad are the sole responsibility of the traveler. The traveler is responsible for choosing a trip that suits his / her needs, interests and physical abilities. The traveler is responsible for being in good enough physical condition to travel to prepare for the trip before departure by reviewing the itineraries and materials sent by Sunnyside Tours and providing appropriate clothing and equipment as specified in the materials. ... I understand that Sunnyside Tours reserves the right to refuse to participate in the trip or remove from the trip or any of its components any person who cannot fulfill the requirements for participation in the travel activities or who deprives or may deprive other members of the travel group of the pleasure of the trip.

I agree to abide by all written and verbal safety guidelines provided to me by Sunnyside Tours, Inc. or "THEM," or their agents, guides and tour directors. Sunnyside Tours reserves the right to make changes to any itinerary, list of hotels and travel locations as needed or to improve the quality of the trip and / or for the accommodation, comfort and well-being of guests.

CONTENT AND VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT

I understand that if I have to cancel my reservation, the cancellation fee will be determined according to the formula stated in the description of each individual trip. By paying a deposit for any trip with Sunnyside Tours, Inc., I agree to all terms and conditions found in the description of each specific trip with Sunnyside Tours.
